Confidentiality

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenthspire Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Any errors in the services will be corrected
• The services are free of viruses or other harmful components

Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

Severability
